Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement sent by email.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method for the reimbursement that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you.

Returning the Goods

The goods must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the customer.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Personalized products

• Opened hygiene products

• Damaged or used products if the use goes beyond what is necessary to examine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods
